Valuable book if you care for the elderly

My colleague and I have just opened an Urgent Care for the Elderly in Huntsville AL. He is a brilliant geriatrician and I have learned quite a bit from him
This book is valuable reading though a bit dry. There is quite alot that we ER doc's are not doing (consider Beer's list) that is actually causing harm to our elderly patients, not good.
should be a required read for any ER doctor.
