Seems decent enough

I got this book for only a buck, so it could be filled with Zimbawean poetry and it would still be a good bargain. That said, it seems like a pretty good reference. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it really seems to be more aimed at the hospital/ER setting. In a book aimed at the "Primary Care" environment, this stuff is not inappopriate, but leaves out stuff that is more "Office Based", which from a personal standpoint is more of what I was looking for.
